Nuristan, Kunar, Baghlan, Parwan, Logar, Paktya, Paktika, Maydan wardak, Bamyan, Ghazni, Zabul, Uruzgan, Dykundi, Ghor, Kandahar, Helmand, Nimroz, Farah, Herat, Badghis and Faryab Provinces including Salangs the amount of rainfall is between (10 to 40) mm and amount of snowfall is (10 to 40) cm in different area.
In the central and Southern Provinces including Salangs possibility of Strong Winds the amount of Wind speed will be between (50 to 95) Km/h in different area.
Note: Possibility of flash flood in warmer regions.
